Zippy Harissa Shakshuka

What You Need:

 How to Make It:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees 
  2. Combine tomatoes and ½ pouch of Zippy Chili Harissa sauce in a large skillet and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes thicken
  3. Gently crack eggs over tomato mixture
  4. Transfer skillet to oven and bake until eggs are just set, 7-10 minutes
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve with remaining sauce
