Gingery Miso Salmon Salad

Serves 4

  • 1 head of Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 2 seedless cucumbers, cut into thick matchsticks
  • 1 cup of snap peas, cut in half
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 2 filets of salmon, baked or roasted, flaked
  • 3-4 scallions, chopped
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds

 How to Make it:

Add all of the ingredients and toss with sauce!
