Sticky Ginger Miso Wings

How to make them:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  1. In a large bowl lightly toss the wings with a generous pinch of salt. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the wings are golden brown
  1. While the wings are cooking, in a small sauce pan, combine the Gingery Miso Sauce, honey and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking frequently, until combined and reduced to a thick glaze
  1. Remove the wings from the oven and toss with the glaze in a large bowl. Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes
  1. Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds
