Chimichurri with White Beans, Greens & Chicken Sausage

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 5

What you need:

  • 1 package of Chicken Sausage (We love Misfits)
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
  • 2 cans of canelleni beans
  • 1 bunch of dinosaur kale
  • 1 cube of instant broth
  • Salt to taste

How to make it:

  1. Start by slicing the sausages into 1 inch pieces
  2. Turn stove on medium-high, warm sausages with a bit of olive oil
  3. Once crispy, add the beans, broth, and Chimichurri
  4. De-stem the kale, and chop into 1 inch ribbons, then stir into mixture
  5. Add salt to taste, and top with Chimichurri
